Client Services Representative

Role Description:

On any given day, you’ll be the welcoming voice that schedules appointments, the empathetic ear addressing concerns, and the professional handling billing inquiries. As the bridge between clients and our medical team, smooth communication is paramount. In this role, you will be constantly reminded of how vital you are—ensuring that every client interaction is a testament to Bayview’s commitment to unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services.
  • Maintain and update client records.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and medical staff.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for animals and their well-being.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
